We are providing a unique opportunity for you to organise your own bespoke networking session via our 90 mins Breakout Room offering. You can book a room to host your own audience, or arrange catch-up meetings. We are recommending 15-minute intervals within the 90 minutes session, although the format is up to you. You will need to book a Breakout Room for each day. This is your opportunity to showcase your collections or services.
Whilst BAPLA will be marketing the event to a wide network of industry representatives, you will solely be responsible for who attends your Breakout Room and what presentations you provide to your visitors.
We therefore encourage you to pre-arrange networking meetings/catch-ups in advance. Breakout rooms will be pre-named to avoid any confusion. We will be broadcasting announcements to switch rooms every 15 mins, but attendees will be able to switch rooms at any time. Rooms will close after 90 minutes, and everyone will return to the main room for the closing session.
We will be on hand to assist you with issues or questions you may have during the 90 mins breakout time, bearing in mind the number of rooms.
Early Bird Rates for Breakout Room bookings have been extended until 24 September.
