Julies’ first career was in corporate events and PR. She returned to part time study and graduated in 2009 with a BSc in Nutritional Medicine. She opened her private nutrition clinic in 2011 at The Forge Clinic in Richmond, and is now available over Zoom.

 

 

Julie has helped hundreds of people overcome their health issues and improve their wellbeing through dietary changes and understanding how the body works and what it needs on a regular basis to thrive.

Julie enjoys working with individuals committed to improving their health and wellbeing naturally.

Getting to the bottom of your health issues through understanding biochemical imbalances, body systems and metabolic pathways.  Functional tests like stool test, DNA testing and hormonal tests are often used to measure outcomes and direct the programme. Coaching is provided to help with change and emotional patterns around food and unhealthy food belief systems.

Keen to keep up with latest developments in health and wellbeing she attends regular conferences and health events and enjoys cooking up creative treats and meals when she has time.

Julie also loves her regular Yoga and Pilates classes and enjoys painting and singing and travelling when she can.
