    On a day to day basis you'll be responsible for conducting research, completing forms to tight deadlines and entering data into Excel. You'll also be dealing with enquiries from photographers and external contacts, via email, providing support to the project manager as required.

    We are looking for short term work experience volunteers in the prestigious and historic Kennel Club Picture Library located in Mayfair.  The Kennel Club Picture Library is part of the Kennel Club Art Gallery and Collections department of the Kennel Club which manages a vast amount of dog related content old and new and in art and photographic mediums.  We invested in a digital asset management system in 2013 which allows us to manage complex metadata for our various image collections. 

    As a work experience volunteer you could assist with any of the following:  picture research, keywording, metadata, scanning, Photoshop touch up, inventory of certain collections, archiving digitally or organising physical prints.
