Type of Contract: Permanent

Hours: 36 ¼ per week, Monday – Friday

Here’s some more detail about this exciting opportunity!

  • You’ll be managing and developing assigned customers (with potential to spend in excess of €10K per year) working towards meeting and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Responsible for building a network and relationships with customers ranging from picture researchers to procurement and senior management, in order to secure Alamy a commitment deal or preferred supplier status
  • You’ll be calculating and rolling out preferential price agreements to secure repeat business and commitment-based contracts
  • Handling correspondence with clients for any terms and contract negotiation  
  • Arranging and carrying out meetings with customers, preparing and carrying out tailored high-quality presentations to a varied customer base
  • Helping to organise set up and attending all relevant trade shows

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a proven track record in an Account Management role and is able to land at pace
  • Has excellent written and spoken French at business level, and good written and spoken English
  • Is agile in their thinking, able to adapt to change in a fast-moving environment
  • Has a continual improvement mindset and the desire to strive for better at every touch-point
  • Has experience in price negotiation and presentations
  • Can work well under pressure and to strict timescales
  • Is highly organised, driven and motivated with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiar with customer management systems

It’s great but not essential:

  • If you have SalesForce experience and a basic understanding of copyright law
