Visual Connections press release.

With the CEPIC Conference behind us, attention now turns to the DMLA (PACA) Annual Conference (October 25-27) and Visual Connections New York (October 28).

Booking early for Visual Connections New York 2015 gives agencies maximum bang for their buck, with more choice of exhibit spaces (25% are taken already) and greater marketing exposure in the run-up to the event.

To accommodate anticipated growth in attendance, Visual Connections is moving to a new venue at the Metropolitan Pavilion. Notably the space for sessions, which are a huge draw for image and footage buyers, will be much larger.

As the biggest marketing event devoted to commercial licensing of visual media anywhere in the world, Visual Connections New York is an opportunity to connect with hundreds of buyers of creative and editorial stock photography, footage, illustration and other media. In an age of online business, this trade show continues to fulfill a need, frequently expressed by both buyers and sellers, for personal contact. It is the most effective way to build and cement long-term business relationships.

The day-long event draws in buyers with a mix of education, discovery, networking, complimentary food and beverages, a fabulous prize drawing, and a great buzz (helped in part by free beer and wine).

Satisfaction levels have always been high: 88% of last year’s exhibitors said the show met their expectations and 12% said it exceeded them.

Fully-inclusive exhibitor packages start at just $1,300 (before discounts), and there’s a range of advertising and promotion options to suit all budgets.
