BAPLA Response to the Open Consultation on Copyright and Artificial Intelligence

The Executive Board of BAPLA is responding to the UK Government's open consultation from our position as representatives of a trade body promoting strong, fair and effective copyright and IP rights both nationally and internationally.

Please use this template (copy and paste) to complete your own response to this consultation, before 25 February 2025. Alternatively please contact the BAPLA office at admin@bapla.org.uk directly with your specific responses to Questions 34, 37 and 44 by Friday 7 February and we will include these specifics (anonymised) in the BAPLA response.
