The Executive Board of BAPLA is responding to the UK Government's open consultation from our position as representatives of a trade body promoting strong, fair and effective copyright and IP rights both nationally and internationally.

BAPLA has now withdrawn support of the BBC GPA agreement. However we acknowledge the agreement may still be suitable for some members, who are welcome to continue applying it. BAPLA encourages individual members to arrange their own agreements and fee structures directly with the BBC. The FQA's and original agreement are available here as a point of reference.
