The BAPLA Rights Group will be hosting a quarterly drop-in session starting in April 2023 and we would love to hear from BAPLA Members with any queries or concerns.
The Rights Group includes: Tim Harris of Nature Picture Library, Rachel Wakefield of Alamy, Ruth Hoffmann of Magnum Photos, Chris Sutherns of Tate Images, and BAPLA Board members Corky Balch and Yvonne Aldsworth.
The drop-in session will take place on 20 April 2023 from 3pm to 4pm via Google Meet. You can submit any questions or topics to our industry experts during the video call. Please also feel free to submit any queries before the session too.
- Do you have any concerns around any new or unfamiliar rights that you might need assistance with?
- Do you receive requests for broad usage rights from publishers?
- Do you grant licences for in perpetuity?
- Has the wording in a licence recently changed?
