A Personal Message From Shotbywomen Founder Tabatha Roberts

I’m Tabatha, the founder of Female Perspective and www.shotbywomen.com. The platform launched last year as the world’s first image library to house content spanning all areas, by women and feminine-of-centre photographers from around the World. With a push to unite, support and promote contributors, our mission is to encourage more women photographers to engage in commercial activity, and by doing so begin to balance the perspectives consumed daily through visual media.

I’m super excited to say that the archive is growing well with rich content, and I am now looking for the right person to add wings and fly her to success – much like the journey the Lionesses are on right now. This person will be well connected in our industry, have up-to-date knowledge of copyright law, and plenty of experience in commercial image licensing. Experience in commissioning a plus but not essential. She/He/They will be all in for the cause, and most importantly for making shotbywomen WIN.
